Potatoes as a super food comes right behind artichokes when it comes to the amount of antioxidants that they have. The best one I think to grow is the Russet potato. They can be grown anywhere in the United States. If you live in colder climates they are ideal to grow in cold weather. Blueberries are super foods that have the most antioxidants of any fruit that you can grow in your own garden. Depending on the kind of blueberry you pick the bushes can grow anywhere from six inches to a whopping 8 feet off the ground. Plums are a great food, especially if you choose the black plums, they taste the best too. They contain a good amount of antioxidants along with three important vitamins, vitamin C, A and K. Herbs and Spices
I always make sure that I include a space to grow my herbs and spices. I especially like to grow the following in my herb garden:

•    Lavender (love lavender for it’s flowers too)
•    Thyme
•    Cilantro
•    Dill
•    Parsley
•    Mint
