Hi there and I’m so glad to see that you’ve taken time out of your busy schedule to check out my blog. By writing this blog for others I hope that there will be something that you can take away from it that will be of some use to you.

I’m writing this blog in order to share some of my ideas and the things that I have found that have not only helped me live a healthier and happier life but also because some of the things I’ve learned over the years have also helped make me a lot more self-sufficient.

I believe that it’s important that not only do we do things that help keep us healthy in both our bodies and our minds but that we also learn to do things that can help us save time in our lives. When we learn new ways to do things that save time as well as energy this in turn will help us not only feel more self-sufficient but it will actually help us to be much more self-sufficient.

I believe that when we rely totally on others for things that we need it makes us more dependent and we often tend to forget what it’s like to do something on our own. Also, if you depend too much on society and others far too much it can make us weak and unprepared for anything negative that might hit us in our journey in life.
